When the commission email arrived, the assignment was as exciting as it was unique—we were headed to Zhuhai, China, to photograph a state-of-the-art flight simulation machine along with one of the top aviation tutors in the country. Capturing both the high-tech environment and the expertise of the instructor required a blend of technical precision and creative lighting to highlight the innovation and professionalism behind the training program. It was a rare opportunity to document the intersection of cutting-edge technology and elite aviation education.

The commission involved traveling to their factory in Zhuhai, China, to photograph a portrait of a packing worker on the production line. The shoot was carefully styled to incorporate the company’s corporate colors, ensuring the images aligned perfectly with their brand identity. Capturing the subject in her authentic work environment added a genuine and dynamic feel to the portrait, highlighting both the human element and the company’s professional image.

This exhilarating assignment took us to the Zhuhai International Circuit, where BMW was testing their Junior Formula 1 car. The brief was to capture the speed, engineering precision, and energy of the test run while showcasing the raw potential of the young driving talent behind the wheel. From dynamic panning shots on the track to detailed close-ups in the pit, every frame aimed to reflect the intensity and ambition of BMW’s junior racing program. It was a thrilling day filled with high-octane action and unforgettable moments in motorsport photography.

This assignment brought us to Zhuhai, China, for the launch event of a new Porsche model—an occasion marked by elegance, power, and precision. Tasked with capturing the spirit of the event, we photographed the China CEO alongside an elite team of international drivers.
